How To Sign Up For Classes

1. Fill out the pre-health check form

Before booking any classes, we just ask that you fill out a quick pre-health check form. It’s a simple questionnaire to make sure you’ve been cleared by your healthcare provider to jump back into exercise.

2. Book your class

Once your pre-health check form is filled out, go ahead and book your spot.

3. Confirm your booking and payment

Once you’ve booked your class, we’ll send you an email confirming everything and any extra details you need.

4. Join your class

You’re all set! We’re excited to see you in class, whether it’s your first or 20th. Just bring yourself, and let’s start this next chapter of your postpartum journey together!
