Recover Mama was created from a personal journey. As a mother of two, Adele faced postnatal depression and bonding challenges, revealing a lack of postpartum fitness and social spaces. This led to the creation of Recover Mama—a compassionate community for mothers to regain physical strength, build self-confidence, and connect with others. More than just fitness, it’s a supportive space where every mother can feel seen and valued.
