By accessing and using our website or enrolling in our classes, you agree to these terms.
2.Membership & Classes
All class bookings must be made in advance, and spaces are subject to availability.
Membership fees are non-refundable, except as stated in the cancellation policy.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up for classes and services.
3.Health & Safety
You acknowledge that participating in postpartum fitness classes involves physical activity and understand the inherent risks involved. You agree to follow the guidance of the instructor and disclose any relevant medical conditions.
You must have received clearance from your healthcare provider to participate in our services.
4.Payments & Fees
Membership fees are due upfront, and payment must be made in full before participating in classes.
We reserve the right to modify class fees at any time with prior notice.
5.Cancellations & Refunds
All classes are subject to a cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
If we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the cancellation. You will be notified as soon as possible if a cancellation occurs.
6.Liability
You agree to participate in classes at your own risk. Recover Muma will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may arise during participation in our services.
7.Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
8.Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Christchurch, New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Christchurch.
